Centromere is the point on a chromosome where sister chromatids are joined. (In our next lesson you will learn that the centromere is where kinetochores are formed to make pairs of centromeres at anaphase).
Centrioles are the pairs of organelles sometimes found in the centrosome.
Centrosome is the organelle that coordinates mitosis.
